Development Applications
All development applications, plans, and support documents may be electronically submitted to comdev@groverbeach.org in PDF format . We no longer accept paper plan submittals.

Payment of Fees
Fees can be paid on the following ways:
- Via Mail or Payment Drop (Checks or Money Orders Only): Made payable to City of Grover Beach either mailed to City of Grover Beach, Community Development Department, 154 South 8th Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433, or placed in the "Utility Payment Drop Box" at 154 South 8th Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433
- In Person with Cash, Check, Money Order, or Credit Card (up to a limited amount) at City Hall, 154 South 8th Street, Grover Beach, CA 93433, Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm
